
I’m Glad You’re Here!
Several years ago, I started to notice the compounding effects that life-long super-challenging experiences, societal pressures, and years of continued stress can have on your body. I also began to see what it was doing (or had already done) to people who I love dearly.
I decided two things:
I was no longer going to accept dysregulation as ‘the norm’, even if it meant bringing on a little change.
I HAD to find a way to get myself out of fight or flight.
Given you can’t escape stress (or I suppose you could if you want to live under a rock forever), it was time to explore tools that would allow me to get into my body, transmute energy, and flow. At times it felt uncomfortable, but damn…it’s been worth it!
I experienced the uncomfortable, but beneficial tool of meditation. I got INTO my body through several years’ worth of conscious connected breathwork sessions, learned about the healing power of reiki, and the benefits of sound therapy.
Through countless hours of research and education, a handful of accreditations, and self-exploration, I want to share these simple, timely and impactful ways for you to dive into the wonderful person you’re meant to be. Show up for yourself and I promise, you won’t look back.
